Diyarbakir, Wednesday 20th to Friday 22nd of october 2010

This is a new story that Christaine found here. A character takes with great precision the measures of the stage and draws in its center, with a chalk, a square in which he put down a fruit. This little space becomes the object of desire of the other characters who implement different strategies to monopolize this forbidden fruit, under the watchful eye of the scientist.

Yesterday, they were all present (level 1 and 2) and very happy to have enriched their artistic language. Christiane built simple, universal and useful stories for their expression on stage. Today, we changed the room and we find in a room of current circus with five pupils of the third year. Fred, Sandrine and Burhan have the enormous opportunity to play with young people so talented. Tomorrow, we leave for France.

After yesterday evening spent between us in the Japanese restaurant discovering the Japanese cooking (for Burhan) and discussing about the organization for the others (Christiane, Nicolas and Ilitza), we meet today our young pupils, level 2. Sandrine warmed their bodies and their voices and Christiane looks from very simple attitudes, to highlight the importance to compose together a theatrical image which can amuse and make reflect the public.

The afternoon of yesterday offered us the pleasure to work with the pupils, the most experimented by the circus school (level 3). The artistic propositions were very interesting. For the first time in Stockholm, Einar (comedian trainee for two years to the company) was able to work in his school at the same time with his colleagues and with the professional comedians of Image Aiguë (Sandrine, Fred and Burhan).

In our planning this morning, Master class for the pupils (level 1).

Our new meeting with Stockholm began this morning by one Master class with the pupils in circus of Circus Cirkor. They are young, shy but enthusiastic. For the first time, they introduce the theater into their play.
